“No-show”; same day cancellations and late arrivals explained:
Any client who fails to show up for a planned appointment or is more than 15 minutes late is referred to as a “no-show” or “DNA” (Did Not Attend).
When a client cancels less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment, it is considered a “same-day cancellation.”
“Late arrival” refers to any client who arrives up to 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment. Attending anything up to 15 minutes late from your scheduled appointment time, we will accommodate assessment/review and your appointment will end at the scheduled time.
Thank you for your help with this matter. It allows us to maintain high service levels at the practice.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:
We’ll charge you 50% of the appointment fee if you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.
